Thank God the market is firing up! There is such a difference in showings and new listings. We went from a Brokers Tour of five or six listings to now thirty or so. Of course these include price reductions of existing inventory but it is a significant bump.
My two new listings in College Terrace, Palo Alto will be priced at $1,350,000. each and they are brand new. they have five bedrooms and three and a half baths, hardwood floors, window seats in the kitchens and pretty large yards.
We have a beautiful horse property in Oakdale coming on. It is 20 acres two updated homes, four barns, matted stalls, turn outs, a ring with all weather footing. It is ready for a trainer or a Buyer that wants their own set up to move in! Still figuring the list price. I will let you all know soon...
