The Dog Days of Summer...

We are so very fortunate. The Lazarhomes group has two new listings in Sunnyvale, one in Mountain view, one in Los Altos Hills and one in Palo Alto. There is a brand new Listing coming in the next two weeks in Palo Alto. The Lazarhomes Group has grown..not only do we have John Lazar, Claire Lazar and myself we now are happy to announce that we have with us Nicole Hitchcock who is a licensed Realtor and works with us full time and we are lucky to have with us  Larry Fretto who is also a licensed Realtor and is our transaction coordinator. All disclosures and contracts are executed through Docusign which is electronic signature program. The Docusign helps us with our busy clients who travel for work, reside out of state or work/reside overseas. We are redesigning our web-site and generally changing and growing.
